The current management team has built another group of 16 remote observatories, which is operational since September 2025.
The design is very similar to the remote observatories of phase 1.
The two detail pictures below show observatories of phase 1. The base area of each observatory measures 2.70 m x 2.80 m and is concreted. The north wall has a height of 2.15 m and the other walls have a height of 1.80 m. The height of the retractable roof is 1.95 m in the south and 2.15 m in the north. Depending on the installed height of the pier, a minimum elevation angle of 20 degrees can be achieved.
